Location selection, airline reservations and ticketing, transfers, menu planning, special events coordination, on-line registration, room gifts, imprinted items are but a few of the services we provide.

We have chartered aircraft's capable of carrying 190 passengers with pickup and delivery on the tarmack, Farewell dinners in the rain forest in Australia, Hawaiian Luau's, Fun Theme Bands, Regatta Races, Beach Parties, Wine and Cheese Tasting events in Rome overlooking the Vatican to name just a few of the special requests we have filled in the past.

On-Site Staff

TRU Incentives will provide "On-Site Staff" for your program to ensure that everything goes as planned. Your Tour Director(s) will ensure that every event is ready and correct in every way. The last thing you want is the dinner to be late or a bus transfer that's not ready! We'll be there to make sure the timing is impeccable!

We'll also be there in cases of emergency or if you need to modify an event at the last minute.

We even have a Professional Photographer on staff available to capture those once-in-a-lifetime events. We can provide prints, trip CD's and even post images on-line with password protection for participant purchase at their leisure.
