Everything from site selection to contract negotiations, airline reservations and ticketing, transfers, optional off-site events to menu planning, special themed events, on-line registration, room gifts and imprinted items are a few of the TRUly wonderful services we provide.

Some of our TRUly memorable planning moments were when we chartered aircrafts for 190 passengers with pickup and delivery on the tarmac met by awaiting Motor coaches and escorted by local Patrol for that VIP treatment all guest should experience. We’ve organized farewell dinners in the rain forest in Australia, Regatta Races, Beach Parties, Exclusive private tours of the Sistine Chapel, Private Dinners at the Panama Canal and the TRU Italian experience: Wine and Cheese Tastings in a Villa overlooking the Vatican…all spectacular to say the least and memories for a Lifetime!

On-Site Staff

TRU Incentives will provide "On-Site Staff" for your program to verify that everything goes as planned. Your Tour Director(s) will ensure that each event is properly set-up and every detail is in place, down to the last table setting. We are a TRUly detail-oriented team. Our proactive personalities allow us to deal with any potential issues before they develop. TRU Incentives is there to make sure the timing is impeccable and the guests are enjoying every minute.

We'll also be there in cases of emergency or if you need to modify an event at the last minute.

To capture those once-in-a-lifetime experiences, we have a Professional Photographer on staff. The TRUth is, we want to make every moment of the program one that you and your guests will remember forever. To help with this, we can provide prints, trip CD's and even post images on-line with password protection for participant purchase at their leisure.
