To know TRU, you first have to know Tina Ulm, president and founder of TRU Incentives, Inc. A "TRU" travel professional, Tina started her career in the travel industry nearly 40 years ago as a reservation agent for TWA in Kansas City. It didn’t take long for travel to get into her blood and for her future career to reveal itself.

In 1998, after 20 years working for others and gaining valuable experience in the travel industry, Tina opened TRU Incentives. She knew she had the knowledge and had built the necessary industry alliances around the world, to provide her OWN clients with a TRUly unique incentive travel program, built upon customer service, forethought and imagination…Our Roots grow deep.
