Tina R Ulm, President & Owner

Since 1978, Tina has been working in the hospitality industry, but after 20 years of working for a large travel agency, she knew she had something more to offer. Spreading her wings and stepping out on faith, Tina opened TRU Incentives, Inc. in 1998. Her professionalism, attention to detail and integrity has secured excellent relationships within the Travel Industry worldwide and the customers she serves.  TRU clients, some of which have been with her for over 24 years, will tell you that Tina plays an active and integral role in every program, from destination selection and budgeting to airline ticketing and party planning. TRUly the best part of her job is when the groups gather together and favorite memories are shared about past trips and destinations.

Dan joined the TRU staff during the height of one the Travel industries most trying times, where business operations were critical to the health and longevity of companies in this industry. Through industry awareness, pivoting of company operations, and innovations in process and technology, the TRU Team rose above the wake stronger than ever. Dan's operational background comes from personal and business growth in different fields where he immersed himself in the key points of his role at TRU Incentives, including process operations and innovation, financial protection, business structure and positioning, legal consulting, safety, technology, hospitality and sales. He knows that the best way to build a happy and healthy work environment is to acknowledge, appreciate and empower the Team to do what they do best, and that good leaders are recognized as a reflection of the Team's success. Dan hones his abilities through vision, strategic and critical thinking, detail orientation, creativity, communication, inspiration, motivation, flexibility and dependability. And of course, he loves long walks on the beach.

TRACY EATON, Senior Program director

Tracy Eaton

In 2015, Tracy came to TRU full-time after two years of working as a member of the travel staff on-location. Her past experience as a corporate concierge, restaurant manager and art teacher, helped her hone her hospitality and management skills in a a variety of settings. Her experience, combined with her easy charm and sunny smile, making her a perfect fit for her role at TRU Incentives. As our Senior Program Director, Tracy is responsible for planning and executing multiple programs operating all over the globe. On-site, Tracy is an energetic member of the team, facilitating the programs from the first hand-shake to the last hug good-bye.

jamie ulm, SENIOR operations manager

Jamie joined the TRU Team in 2017, and since then her go-getter attitude and dedication to helping out in any way possible has been her forte. Jamie's willingness to assist, and overall ability to overcome and adapt to any obstacle allows her to thrive in her role at TRU as the Senior Operations Manager. She specializes in data computation, collection, innovation and creation, as well as customer relations. She manages all the details pertaining to each participant's travel information to ensure their days of travel are done so with ease, and her creativity is what allows her to flourish in her role in managing the technology platforms the participants utilize to register, attend and navigate each program like a travel connoisseur. She always brings her A-game to assist the participants and the Team alike, and in doing so, she's a natural teammate, and does it with a helping hand and open heart.
